Cory4400 on "[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Titles suddenly double posting and can't seem to fix it"

I have seen a few other forum postings about this issue, but I can't get anything to work.

So recently my titles are double posting. So something like...Dead Space 3 impressions |For the Love of GamingFor the Love of Gaming.

I tried the forced rewrite, but it didn't seem to work. The other issues is if I disable Yoast altogether, the posts are still double posting. EVery single one. Any ideas?
