I am new to WP and learning it slow and sure. My current site I built 10 years ago using Microsoft's FrontPage 2002 and as you all know, MS doesn't offer product updates. That said, Google and the rest are continually doing Penguin updates and on and on. It was time I made a change. While my current site festers on my web host's server, my same host installed WP on their Linux server and assigned me a designated temp domain URL which I can easily access with assigned Username + Password (no FTP hassling with Filezilla) to experiment and layout text etc. I did install the TinyMCE Advanced plugin....I like that it allows inserting tables to work with. Really to learn CSS etc. would simply intensify the overall learning curve of which I have limited time to deal with. My next plugin I installed was All-In_One Seo but never activated it. I found the Yoast one which looks much better. However, here is my big question. I built my landing page and then first sub page: http://64.141.114.112/~dinrock/automobile-cartoons and now would like to verify something....will a page like that be condusive to using Yoast's All In One SEO Pack plugin with? I've been told it only works with POSTS.
