I'm facing the same problems. It has been 2 days without any data in my analytics.
My setting : As the comprehensive guide by yoast
I did install GA by yoast, trying to fix this. It has been 1 day since. No changes.
I've checked the page source from firefox (Ctrl+U), there is a GA code.
Nothing I do fix this problems. GA still shown zero.
