Scott on "[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] keyword in first paragraph?"

I'm experiencing the same issue on a friend's site. I tried:

- changing the keyword to the same case as used in the first paragraph
- rearranging the first paragraph so the keyword is literally the first and second word

both didn't work.
