webrs on "[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Quick 301 Redirects"

I upload wordpress files to sub directory for saffety and they are shown in the main directory.
like:
x.co.il/sub/banners are shown at x.co.il/banners

my previous site was written both in html and in PHP

I try Quick 301 Redirects for the files
like:
http://www.x.co.il/banners.html
to
http://x.co.il/%D7%A2%D7%99%D7%A6%D7%95%D7%91-%D7%91%D7%90%D7%A0%D7%A8/
and it does not work.
