dianabyron on "[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] meta description & focus keyword update doesn't work"

On Twenty Twelve. Add an image to the media library and open its edit page. I have Wordpress SEO open - go to add a focus keyword, select it from list, then type in Meta Description - then click Update. And once it updates, the boxes for focus keyword and Meta Description are empty. They just won't stick. So the page with the image on it shows that image does not have alt tags and meta descritption etc etc.....
What to do?
