Noether on "[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] WordPress SEO not working - contains 0 urls"

Yoast WordPress SEO doesn't work for me as the site map contains 0 urls.

I'm running:

WordPress 3.5.1
DMSGuestbooK 1.1.13 and DMSGuestBook widget 2.5.2
TinyMCE Advanced 3.5.8
WooCommerce 1.6.6
WooCommerce eWay gateway (A) 1.3
WordPress SEO 1.4.3

Any suggestions?
