Sundance on "[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] stop sitemap from generate and submit to google"

Here the problem ,
I have news site and I publish new post every minute or so , I have 80,000 posts and 300 new posts every day ,
the problem with sitemap it regenerate and submit to google with every new post published , I want to stop that , and generate and submit manually , like every hour or so..
can this be done ??
