jazzerus on "[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] How Do I Edit Homepage Title and Meta?"

Wordpress Version: 3.5.1
Plugin Version: 1.4.2

I'm trying to figure out where I can add the homepage title and meta description. I'm using the Scrollider WooTheme.

Under Reading Settings, 'Front page displays' is set to 'Your latest posts'.

I've resorted to hardcoding it into the homepage template, but I'd prefer to put it someplace more easily editable. Any ideas?
