Authorize Google Search Console

Hi –

In the last 2 versions of WordPress, when I try to validate Search Console, the Google authorization window doesn’t stay open after I hit OK. I am not sure why, but let me know if you have seen this broken functionality too. Essentially it makes it impossible to get a verification code because if never displays.
