This is an awesome plugin. But there are certain areas in the plugin that overlap with the built in theme functionality. I'd like to be able to enable or disable them. For example I can't live without:
sitemap
Disabling author archives
breadcrumb
social
However I'd like to turn off the following with a UI option or remove_filter (preferred):
rewrite titles, meta description, canonical,author, publisher, webmaster verification, post/page meta boxes, etc.
It would be wonderful to have a user guide on how to deactivate these. For eg:
this used to work prior to 1.4.7 but doesn't work in 1.4.7:
