I have trouble with exporting the WordPress database from localhost, transform it for use on a different URL and import it to an online server.

When I do this, these WordPress SEO by Yoast settings and content on category archives are gone:

* SEO title
* SEO description
* Canonical
* Breadcrumb title
* Noindex this category
* Add to sitemap?
* Archive headline
* Archive intro text

To make database exports I use these steps, described on wordpress.org:
http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups#Simple_Backup_with_phpMyAdmin

I use a text editor (Notepad++) to replace the URL's. After that I import the database to a new location.

Is anyone familiar with this problem? Is it a plugin bug or a wrong way of exporting, transforming and importing a database?
