computerartsde on "[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] custom post type - converting "date" for title or meta"

Hello everyone,

I use "WordPress SEO by Yoast" also with custom post types. One of my used fields is a date-type and contains a timestamp.

As you know - the cpt-field can be use via %%cf_<custom-field-name>%%.

Is there a way in "WordPress SEO" to covert this timestamp as readable date (maybe with date(...)) in meta or title of a post?
