Rich Pitchshift on "[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] og:title showing description as well as title."

I tried to remove...

<title><?php wp_title('‹', true, 'right'); ?><?php bloginfo('name'); ?></title>

...from my header to no avail. Unable to see any other metas within my header that could be over riding it.

Anyone got any advice?
