WordPress version: 3.5.1
WordPress SEO version: Version 1.3.4.4

I did this:
Specified a cross-domain canonical under the Advanced tab of the SEO plugin.

I expected the plugin to do this:
Specify the rel=canonical in the source code for the page

Instead it did this:
no rel=canonical reference when I look at the source page for any of the blog posts with a specified cross-domain canonical.
