alaing on "[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] twitter:domain : wrong domain"

WordPress version:3.5.1
WordPress SEO version:1.4.9

I did this: My wordpress is installed on a sub directory (/wp)

I expected the plugin to do this:
The twitter:domain tag should be : MySite.com

Instead it did this:
The twitter:domain is : MySite.com/wp
