Mayeenul Islam on "[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Author Highlighting is not working"

Using "WordPress SEO by Yoast" from the very beginning of my site, and it's working fine for all sorts of SEO features, I need, except...

...except the Author Highlighting

I have an Admin account with my Full name as mentioned with First Name & Last Name. I have a Public G+ account, and I mentioned that in my profile in the "Google+" field.

And it's relating me in HTML like:

<link
rel="author" href="https://plus.google.com/u/0/104122384054857053611"/>

But still Google isn't showing my image with my posts. :(

What's the problem then?
