shakensoul on "[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Google indexing blog site title incorrectly, adding main site title"

I have a main site, URL: http://www.thinkcept.com

I also have a blog on a subdomain, URL: http://www.thinkcept.com/blog

The Blog's site title is Think Blog. The articles titles are supposed to appear as <article> - Think Blog and on the articles page, the titles do appear as expected.

However on google search, the results appear as <article> - Think Blog - Thinkcept

For e.g. https://www.google.co.in/search?q=shopping+mall+guwahati&rlz=1C5CHFA_enIN503IN503&oq=shopping+ma&aqs=chrome.1.57j59j60l2j0l2.6229j0&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

the search result shows Shopping Malls in Guwahati - Think Blog - Thinkcept

I have checked every code, and I am not sure why google is picking up the site title 'Thinkcept'

Is google picking up the main site name from any tag?
