Hi Good morning, I contacted you a few weeks ago for a problem encountered in indexing an article on the Google search engine. Basically, the error I initially noticed concerned the SNIPPET of the article, since I could not view it correctly compared to how I had configured it. There were some wrong elements such as: (Meta Description, title and image in evidence), you on your side had suggested me a series of procedures to be implemented such as, the clearing of caches concerning: (theme, hosting, browser or CloudFlare) , I deleted them but the problem persisted. I also tried to check with my site’s developers if there was a missing or broken meta tag, but they reported that everything was OK to them. I also tried through Google Search Console to re-index the page, but the situation remained the same as before. Now I can’t even view the article on Google anymore. I carried out a real-time test on the specific URL of the article, an error was reported with written: (page not optimized for mobile devices) the developers of my site advised me to increase the font size of the text, such as the meta description, but nevertheless the test continues to report the same error. I ask you what all this can depend on and how could I solve it? 🙂
