Yoast conflicting sometime with: site-health.php

Hello, i notice from time to time Yoast blocks the /wp-admin/site-health.php.

need deactivate and activate the plugin,
Sometimes comeback work properly sometimes not… ( getting 503 sometimes )

have a special reason for that?
