stevema on "[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Repeated Titles"

I set up the title and metas section to include my site name and a keyword. I also ticked the "force rewrite box"Unfortunately I forgot that some of my page titles already had the keyword and site title in them. SO... on google they are repeated leading to a loss in my ranking.
In a panic I deleted everything under titles and metas and and also unticked the force rewrite box. Now I am waiting for google robots to pick up my new titles.
unfortunately I do not know if I have done the write thing. Can anyone help me to get my titles back to normal.
