This is valid only for category and tag pages.
Log into your WordPress site. Navigate to Yoast's SEO plugin.
Go to TITLES & METAS.
Then TAXONOMIES tab.
Add %%term_title%% %%page%% to Title template.
Add this code for both Categories and Tags.
