Hi, I seem to have a problem with my titles.

In the IE top bar I am getting this title:

I would like it to read:
Inside Knee Pain - What Causes Pain Behind the Knee

Is there a reason I am getting a follow on of the title. This is a page and has been set as a static homepage.
