jamessawle on "[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Title Errors"

I am having a real problem with all titles on my website, I have tried editing the settings but nothing changes, What I have is this:

TitleWebsiteName

without any gaps, what I would like is:

Title - Websitename

or

Title | Websitename

But nothing I do make a blind bit of difference, I have selected Force re-writes as well.
