I am not using any posts on the site, only pages. Why doesn’t the breadcrumbs, on my page, display the correct hierarchical structure of the menu. It has the right structure for the main menu item. For example, “Home » About Us”, but a subordinate page in the hierarchical structure, of the menu, is not correctly displayed. For example, the “Specializing” page is subordinate to the “About Us” page. It is displayed as “Home » Specializing”, instead of “Home » About Us » Specializing”.

I tried to update my plugins yesterday and my site crashed. HTTP 500 error. My hosting provider deactivated all of my plugins so I could troubleshoot. I reactivated them one at a time and Yoast SEO was causing the problem. I can’t even activate the plugin because it causes a fatal error.

I’ve seen a smattering of reports on Yoast breaking Divi Builder. In this case, activating Yoast (9.0.2) causes the Divi Builder to disappear. First saw in Divi 3.14, then updated to 3.17 and experienced the same.

Yoast seo Not working In My website. When I check My Consol I find This :

I using WordPress 4.9.8 and Yoast SEO for WordPress 9.0.2
the issue doesn’t persist when Yoast SEO is disabled.
I find JavaScript errors in My Consol related to Yoast SEO.
I tried to Deactivate All My plugins One by One, but issue Is persist.
I Use theme Newspaper
And Javascript is enabled in my web browser.

i just encountered problems with the xml sitemap created by yoast seo.
Post sitemap is working fine (https://lenkradkralle.net/post-sitemap.xml)
But page sitemap does not work (https://lenkradkralle.net/page-sitemap.xml) Completely messed up an there are URLs to some images listed…
I use WordPress 4.9.8 with Theme Divi 3.17.2 (latest versions).

Is there any way to set what Google dishes up as a search result for my website?
At the moment its displaying the name which is great but then its listing .jpg files and old pages.
I would ideally like just the main pages like About Us, Contact etc listed in the search results.

Yoast automatically updated to the new version (9.0.2) and now the content optimization (traffic light) is no longer working. I can no longer set a focus keyword etc.
I have double checked all the settings, the user permissions are enabled, the keyword, readability, and metabox insights are all enabled and so is the SEO and readability on the posts.
At a loss here so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I’m working on WordPress with an oceanWP Template and a Elementor plugin for building pages, I get all the pages, both a blog and regular pages on the site, a similar comment “The focus keyword doesn’t appear in the first paragraph of the copy.”
How can this be solved?

I updated the plugin to latest version until server timeout.
Now, I cant go in wp-admin or the site homepage. It shows Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute.
Even when I rename the plugins folder to plugins.deactivate to deactivate all plugins also same.
Any solution?

I agree with others that your Plugin has Bugs in all Versions 9.
1. The Yoast Icons in the Publish Area are not shown
2. The snippet preview is not shown neither accessible.
3. The Bottons (awsome icons and shortcode ultimate) over the classic Editor don’t show their popups while clicking.
8.4 works.

Hello,
I have the last version of Yoast and the last version of WordPress and I am getting error when I want share my website in facebook.
The image is not visible and after check it in the facebook debugger the system getting me the following error:
Faltan las siguientes propiedades obligatorias: og:url, og:type, og:title, og:image, og:description, fb:app_id
I am checking the code of my website and all labels are there so I dont know what it is happening.
With twitter everything works well.

Hi,
I started using sitemaps effectively 3 months ago (other functions for years) and I would like to have a tags sitemap even if tags are noindex’ed by default, because I have some of those optimized and fully seo beautified.
What do you think about that?

Hi,
I have a problem when updating some pages or posts and it happens to NOT to occur when yoast plugin is deactivated.
My code might not be perfect and I am still improving it but it looks like yoast and the new release of woocommerce dont go along well.
Anyone has had the same problem ?

Plugin Support answers on this short query clearly suggest that only links inside the page content meta box count toward Yoast SEO’s Internal Links quota.
I’d like some more elaboration here. Wouldn’t search engines be able to read the details and internal links of the product up-sells and cross-sells if they’re available on the page?

I switched to Yoast SEO October 8th and no image has been indexed since. I have over 800 images on the site. Had previously All in on seo and had all the images indexed and had it for several years back.
